PROS: comes with 2 batteries, easy to set up and fly, and even though instructions are good you have to download the app (3.2 rating) to access all of the drone features. emergency down key works perfectly.CONS: it seems to take longer for the the controls to sync with the drone compared to my sons drone. And the instructions tell you for first timers to hoover the drone a few feet off the ground and if it doesn't press the gyro key to recalibrate. Haven't really got that to work right yet. Not meant to be flown on a slightly breezy day.Overall: I think this is a great drone to own. Batteries charge up rather quickly and fun to operate with almost 20 minutes of flight time ( haven't done an official flight time test)Great value drone for kids or beginners. Out of the box it is easy to control. Hovers great, flys good, camera is ok (but I didn't expect 1080p for the price). The camera adds some fun even though it's not the best. I still can't get the follow me or gesture controls to work.The third time I tried it, it flew up and away, and would not return, flying over the tree tops and in to deep woods, never to be seen again. Amazon would not give me a new one or a refund. The seller would not respond to my inquiries, and the manufacturers web site doesn't exist. A completely negative experience.Really disappointing. Each battery gives you about 5 minutes of flight time, after which the drone can't hold altitude. If there is any breeze the drone won't stay steady and can't overcome even the lightest of head wind. And the camera... In no way is this giving fhd images. Picture quality is bad and the delay makes it unusable.Thing is awful -Need to try and program remote to dove multiple times before connecting.9/10 times it wouldn’t take off more than 2’ off the ground then would just tip over and crash.Batteries probably last closer to 5 mins (not 20).None of the features on the remote actually work.Low quality, the motors doesn’t work properly. And the app is terribleThe idea seemed neat.Opened the controller holder for the phone and the face plate pops off. That should have been the 1st sign. You have to down load a app for your phone that did not link up. "2nd sign"You have to sync it up every time you turn it on. After you get that down. "3rd sign"You take it out side. It throttle up well.Then floated away.I pushed the return home button. Then double clicked it. Then frantically smashed the button as I watched it crash into the power line and lifelessly fall to the ground. "4th sign"I started it up again. Throttled it up. It rises. Floats away again tried to land it softly. It dives down and Kamikazes into the ground. "5th sign"So needless to say. A hunk of garbage.Camera works…. And that’s about it. It doesn’t get off the ground and if it does it’s just about 6 inches and then flips over and and hits the ground
